We are a boutique consultancy working closely with international teams who want clearer direction and better ways of working.

In Irish, Socrú means to settle, to arrange, or to steady. It describes the moment when the noise fades and a clear path forward appears. We chose this name because it reflects the most important shift product teams need to make when progress feels stuck.

After more than 15 years working across product roles in Dublin, Sydney, New York and Madrid, we saw the same challenges repeat across companies of all sizes. Talented teams working hard, but struggling with misalignment, unclear priorities and a growing distance from users. Socrú was created to help teams settle that noise, bringing structure, shared understanding and practical ways forward so progress becomes calm and intentional again.

We are not a traditional consultancy and we are not a one-size-fits-all solution.

She has worked within global organisations such as IKEA, Google and Santander, gaining experience across different markets, cultures and team structures. This background shapes a calm, empathetic and practical approach, focused on helping teams make better decisions and work together more effectively. Ciara believes that strong products come from aligned teams, clear direction and a deep understanding of the people they serve.
